What is this bike really worth??

I am interested in a 2003, K 1200 LT abs. It has heated: grips, seats and backrest, cruise, 7 CD system, sport windshield, 2000 miles, Silver in color, Flawless condition.

The bike is located in Central California.

What is a resonable price to pay??

Lot's of in's and out's in this sort of enterprise.
I'd start at half of the original msrp and work from there.
