Good day. I'm doing my first throttle body sync with the Motion Pro Carb Sync Tool. Anybody have any experience with this particular tool? The fluid levels are pretty tough to get an accurate reading. It's not a contant fluid level. I was expecting a more solid fluid level for an easier read. It's almost as if the fluid is too light and jumps rapidly and is separated with air. It just doesn't seem right to me. :dunno

Got it...I had the restrictors in the tubing at the top near the tool instead of in the bottom under the throttle bodies. Still having troubles, though. The fluid levels won't come down to readable levels.

you must sync the tool first then use it,did you do that? i like mine better than the twinmax(this will start and big debate). after you sync the tool, then it'll read right because you'll be able to "set" the height for each tube.this was my experience.

Yeah, I did sync the tool first. I can't get the fluid to a readable level even on the sync. I think I may send the tool back for an exchange. :scratch

I bought one of those about a year ago and am sorry I did. I have had pretty much the same experience you have, and nothing I've tried has made the tool work well. You can get a balance if you keep at it, but it's a pain.
