Can someone tell me the correct weight oil to use in my F650CS? It is a 2003, manufacture date of 6/2002. Thank you.

I used 10-40 Mobil 1 in my CS. If I ran 20-50 in the summer the bike did not shift nearly as well as with the 10-40.
I just sold the CS a month ago, I had it for 7 years and put 42K miles on it. Great bike.
Go to the ChainGang site and read the correct way to check the oil level if your new to the bike. The most common problem people have is over filling the oil and then getting oil in the air box which will then run down the frame. You MUST check the oil in the CS with the motor "completely " warmed up. If the oil is cold it will read way to low, which leads to people dumping way to much oil in.

The answer to your question is you can obtain a replacement owners manual from your dealer.
It will answer lots of other questions, too.
