Bates saddlebags

I tried to use the search function and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I'm hoping some of you airhead guru's know this....

can you mount a pair of 70's era Bates saddlebags onto an airhead??

there have been a few sets that have popped up on craigslist in my area at reasonable prices. the wixom bags are kinda tough to come by........

Hmmm...'70s era Bates bags on a '74 R90S...should be very doable with the right hardware. Duane has pictures of various forms of Bates bags on his website...some hardware also shown...
