BMW Krauser case and mount

I'm looking to get some Krausers for my 83 R100S and wanted to know what bag mounts I need and what fits what. I had a r100 years ago and had the square BMW cases but they seemed a little weak and I like the look of the Krausers. Do the bag mounts for the BMW bags fit the Krausers? Thanks

if your looking at the hepco becker(retro krauser's) they will fit the bmw racks fine, a bracket to mount the newer style bag to bike latch(much better than the old seatbelt type) is needed if your racks do not have the mounting tabs on the rear section....

I just got a pair of used Hepco Becker cases in the mail today. I was shocked to find that they DON'T fit into the older Krauser racks and, on the 'newer' BMW racks, the latch is nowhere near the existing latch 'striker plate'. I have two bikes with the old Krauser BMW racks and they have to be forced into position to cram them into the racks. They fit into the newer BMW dual-shock racks that don't have the seat-belt latch but, like I said, they wont latch up to that either. I thought that this was supposed to be simple.
Am I missing something? Is there an adapter for the latch? Are they supposed to be stuffed into the old racks? Advise please?

Your bags should have come with a small adapter which bolts to the bag loop. The mounting latch engages this adapter.

Seeing as how they are used (IBMWR), they came all by themselves. I guess that I should call Bob's BMW and see if I can get this adapter separately. I am assuming that Bob's BMW would be the right people to call; I don't know of anyone else that sells the retro-Hepco Becker cases.
Other than that, there is the issue of the extremely tight fit to the older frames.
