Performance chips for 1150RT ???

Anybody have experience with performance chips for the twin-spark 1150RT?

I really don't want to drop $1K+ for a peformance exhaust but thought I could boost up a bit by just changing the chip.

What's the warranty policy on changing the chip?

Same as your car, if something happens to the engine. BMW can say you modified the system and forefit any warranty claims.

I found Rhine West out of San Antonio, TX has an upgrade chip. Anybody have experience with their R1150RT chip? I've heard great reports on their K1200RS chip.
