left mirror vibration,right clear no vib

I have a 2003, k1200lt and have noticed that the left mirror vibrates always and the right mirror is clear with no vibrations any clues out there??

I have noticed the same on my dad's LT and the fix was to use the extra washers taped on the back side of the mirror. One of them needs to go underneath the stud that the mirror feels the least attached to. In other words, there are three studs holding the mirror on, one (or more) of them is not holding the mirror on as well as the other(s).
