What a ride -- thanks for posting the report. I've been thinking about a "mountain pass" ride for awhile and this gives me some more ideas.

very nice Mike, didn't know you had a ST, i always liked those bikes. In 25 years, i dare say, they'll be the equivalent of the other ST, with about 900 in the states.

I've never been to CO, so I'll guess that the passes are spread out quite a bit to take so long to do 24 of them. :scratch

11 passes in a mere 261 miles in 10 hours with lots of photo stops and chats with other riders along the way. It was a long day and frankly, the last 2 hours weren't as much fun...enough of the ultra tight hairpins.

Super Schweeet ride! I remember my ST fondly. It was such a smooth bike and would run for hours and hours on high mileage days and I would never get tired. It has a long distance riding position that seems forward leaning at first and then you realize hours later that you are not fatigued.
That is definitely a way to see...well, most...of Colorado in a day!
Thanks!:thumb
