Yes, still have the stock seat that's one of the reasons I average about 400 miles a day. Also, if you start early enough (6-7 AM) that leaves plenty of time at the end of day to sight see unless I choose to use that time on the way. AND, when it's HOT sometimes it's a nice break.

If you find a way to avoid the heat ... let me know about it. :)
I thought about going north to avoid some of it, but ran into the problem of whether or not I wanted to confront the storm system and possible tornadoes coming my way. I don't think they actually made it, but you never know when the weather man is going to be right.
