Our "Rally Chair" number has been 10K all along. I am sticking with that as a minimum. So 10K + 1 will be great. Any over that will be even better! :clap

Hi Gail, I've been unemployed since Feb. 1 (first time since 1974) and I'm going!
I'm guessing 11,111 will attend, LOL. Looking forward to seeing you and Lisa.

I think that the percentage of on line vs walk in has been increasing but I don't have the data.

I'd love to see a new record, then another new one next time it is east. Population density is the trick.

I think I heard that pre registration tends to represent about 30% of attendance. I would guess that population density would effect that number. I believe the latest registration numbers are close to 3,000.
Online registration discount ends on June 30th...I would guess there will be a steady increase in registrations for the next week, as people like myself start thinking about travel plans.

Latest number as of Friday...3200+ and very busy with two days pre registration to go...I started with the number of 10K and I am sticking with it...My guess is between 10K & 11K......and that will set the record.... :dance

Almost everyone I know that is going is unemployed...............me included! This is why I think it will be heavily attended. It's amazing. I've never personally known so many folks without jobs!

And BTW, if you go by a Home Depot and fill out an employment application, you can write the entire trip off on your income tax as a job search........But don't trust me on this, I'm not an accountant..............But I read this somewhere.

I agree....for once in 36 years in the same field (and 8 years as a motorcyclist) I have no reason to rush home to preserve "vacation days" at work! This could be my best rally yet!! ('til the mastercard bill arrives....LOL).
