I have been recording The Full Throttle episodes on my DVR. Honda, Ducati, and BMW are the ones that I have watched and recorded so far. Does anyone know what other brands will be discussed on the Full Throttle series? The history of the companies, bikes, and riders that made them famous is very interesting and given the 1 hour program length quite well done. Ride Safe :usa:usa

If you mean the "Twist the Throttle" series, I've seen the ones you listed plus MV Agusta, Suzuki, and Kawasaki. I don't know of any others.

They did BMW last Monday night. I knew it was on but was out with the wife. DVR didn't record it for some reason. It will be on as a repeat next Sunday night....get it!

Nice episode with a lot of focus on the history and the K series. It's listed as BMW I, so I'm hoping there are future BMW episodes that may feature the GS.

If you watch the episode on Honda, pay attention when the Goldwing segment comes on. They show the prototype Goldwing 4 cylinder engine in a BMW /5 frame complete with a BMW tranny, kick start, rear sub frame, fender, final drive, wheel and seat.

Yamaha, MV, Bimota, are covered as well as some smaller manufacturers such as Alpinestars.
Great series shot in HD.
I posted a head's up on it on the forum (http://www.bmwmoa.org/forum/showthread.php?t=36728) last week, and DVR'd it as well. Aside from the horror of seeing Clement Salvadori with too much eye-liner I thought it was a great episode. I would have liked less archival footage of the factory floor and more of a "start to finish" on the current lineup like they did with Ducati and MV, but I thought it was well done. Hopefully there is a part 2 as it was listed "BMW 1". Anyone else catch Ray Zimmerman's name under the "Special Thanks"?
Discovery HD Theater is without a doubt my newest favorite cable destination, every "Wheeler Dealers" also gets DVRd :)

All of the Discovery networks (this one, regular HD Discovery Channel, HD Science Channel, etc.) make the HD connection and the 52" flat screen worth the investment!
