How do you install a new lockset cylinder into a R100rs (1988) gas caP?

First, you have to buy the new gas cap and tumbler, then, you simple insert the new tumbler into the hole, untill it clicks.

Do as Ken says. However, once installed, I've been told the tumbler cannot be removed. Have it re-keyed to match the existing key if so desired BEFORE installing the tumbler.
