Rock has one of the best reputations for fair, quality advice and products--but I've had the same issues trying to get ahold of him. I've probably left a 1/2 dozen messages, but I think he's just busy and travels...and you just got to keep trying to get through. If he picks up, you are golden, but I wouldn't expect a call back from leaving a message.

Kind of frustrating between the no return calls, no option to purchase online and knowing he has the right stuff (product and advice). :scratch
