KC Rally Cordinates

I think the GPS cordinates published in Where and When in the BMWON are wrong. Anybody know the correct Cordinates.

I think they are something like N38 22.253 W94 39.889. Right on the West side and 2/3's of the way North on the Lake at Linn County Park.
