Just got back from 5 days in Moab. The big loop is door to door from Super 8 around White Rim Trail with a few side canyons, 161 miles. Then enough all around Moab to keep us interestes. Youngest in the 6 man crew was 58 and oldest was 69. Boy did we use the hot tub! This is about the 6th year in a row we have done it and Moab just gets more crowded every year. Parking loot of the Super 8 is a mixture of mountain bikes, jeeps, ATV's and motorcycles. It is like a staging area for grown up toys. Motorcycle guys and jeepers always talk to each other, mountian bikers usually stay clear. I would recommend Canyon Lands to any dual sport/adventure rider before the mountain bikers close it to just them.
