A moments laps of concentration caused the left mirror to be knocked off - breaking the glass.:doh The mirror was taken to a nearby glass place and a piece of a M-F tractor mirror was installed for $30. After we were back on the road, it was noticed that the new mirror is concave rather than convex. The field of view in the new mirror is narrower but objects are larger. The larger appearing objects like unmarked police cars and signalling spouses are easier to recognise. Dissimilar mirrors take a bit of getting used to, but give the best of both worlds.:thumb
