any gear heads in the Daytona Beach Fl area?

My RT is showing 3 problems and might be all related.

1: at stone cold start up it won't stay running unless I keep the enrichment lever all the way or use the throttle. It starts, runs at 900 rpm for a few seconds and quits till it starts to warm up.

2: I am getting a triple after-fire when decel from 45mph in 2nd. , Intermittent.

3: At 65mph and up in 5th gear I have been getting alot of engine vibration felt in the handle bars and the the tranny feels like it is dragging. A recent incident was so bad I felt it in the pegs.
happens about 43% of the time.

16K+ on the odo( now, 14k at purchase this year) and 9 years old

Dealer did the 12k about 800 miles ago.

I asked them about it and they think it might be an air leak in the throttle bodies Possible from old rubber aging. They need to also have it cold at their place.

Any gearheads near me to look at it?
advise?

Check the throttle cables at the throttle bodies...are they down in their adjuster...not way off in adjustment (about 1 mm of slack).

Sounds like a vacuum leak to me but could be more.

Look for a hose that may have been kicked loose.

I agree it could be an air leak. Most likely spots are the throttle body rubber spigots = either where they clamp on the throttle bodies or the O rings where they bolt to the heads.

It could also be a partially clogged fuel injector causing it to run lean.
