K1200LT rear drive horrors

Hi all,

I ride a 2003 K1200GT

I get a buzzing at between 4500 and 5000 rpm and I believe this is just the way it is

I have had an oil leak out of my rear engine seal now on the second repair

I am now encountering a hesitation when I power our of a corner anywhere from 4000 to 7000 rpm the bike just gets flat and will not pull at all and then afetr a second or two it takes off like a rocket

Any help?

I had a leaking rear main seal replaced at the 6K, and was leaking 300 miles later again. Will have replaced again at the 12K, it can just leak until then. I get a little buzz and the K-whine about 4600-4800, and that is normal. I'm not an expert on rear drives, but yours doesn't sound like the failures I have read about.
