I have a picture of the all black one as my background. Never even considered a K bike until I saw this one.

About time for a new Terminator movie or a updated new version of Mad Max. The new K1300R could be casted in an appropiate role. :thumb

They had a K1200R on the last Resident Evil movie.
Looked great - bad ending for the bike though

My dealer rep implied that the R did not sell well enough to bring into the US in the 1300 level. This was several months ago and may not have been in stone, but that was his understanding at the time. Last time I was in, they had the Lava Red/sorta Orange 1300S that was really hot looking.

Motorrad USA's site does not list the K1300R at all. Seems like it aint comin' here......:scratch
