This is sorta a non-BMW issue, but I'm looking for some advice here. Awhile back, I had a hair-brained idea to put blue threadlocker in the spoke nipples when I replaced the spokes on my son's dirt bike. I figured I probably wouldn't have to re-tighten them as much. Boy was I wrong. Not only that, but now I can't tighten them at all and the wheel assembly is starting to get pretty wobbly. Short of re-spoking the darned thing, can anyone suggest something I can use to break threadlocker down?:dunno

You can break the threadlocker with heat. Use a heat gun or, if you're careful, a propane torch. It shouldn't take very much for such a small piece of metal.

Do not use thread locker on electrical connections. Like the battery post of the starter solenoid. It can cause the connection to overheat, that can result in sticking solenoid. I have seen it happen.
Use a new sharp split ring lockwasher, not only will this keep the nut from moving, but it also provides a spring to help keep the connection tight.
