Ohlins on 1100GS Question

I just ordered a pair of Ohlins shocks for my 1100GS & want to know if after installing them, will my seat height be about the same? Seems like I remember reading somewhere a while back that the seat height will increase some. If anyone knows i'd appreciate hearing your experience. Aside from that I feel like a kid waiting for santa claus & can hardly wait for them to arrive.

i just installed a fresh set on my R1100R... seat height is maybe a bit taller (didn't measure) but it doesn't necessarily feel taller, more like a different sitting position.

before/after difference in handling is night and day. you will be very pleased.

oh and step 4 in the instructions... don't worry about the direction of the gas valve. just make sure the hose is running to whichever side you want to mount it on.
