Recommendation needed Adirondacks

Friends of mine are traveling to Lake George, NY this summer and have asked me to recommend a couple of loop routes of 150-200 miles. Unfortunately, I can not join them so I am turning to the Board for advice.

They are from Minnesota and have not visited beautiful upstate NY so I would like them to see the Adirondack Park. They do plan a trip into Vermont one day so a Vermont route is not needed. These are experienced riders on Gold Wings - 2 bikes riding 2-up)

If you have a GPS file, map coordinates or turn by turn directions, I can forward them to my friend.
