Wondering what we did without this thing already...4WD and a tilt-bed. The electric golfcart wasn't doing it on our little acreage and finally died. Our wedding present to ourselves last week:laugh :laugh . Helen has been hauling rocks everywhere...I may get to drive it sometime...maybe:dunno First Kawasaki in over thirty years...had to be like BubbaZ and try one again :laugh Helen was going to get the new F650 or the Aprilia 750 for another bike...ended up with this!

It's conspicuously devoid of farkles. Please remedy immediately.

Steve, you do have the toys. One day I'd like to see a closeup of the dash on your RT, saw a wide angle from the brake pad swap thread and I think you are giving Rob Nye a run for most buttons and clandestine communication devices. :thumb

we have one of those bellowing/braying mules down the hill from us, figured one was enough as he serves as an alarm clock when the wind blows his honking up the hill at sunrise ! I don't want to try the float thing yet, I bet that mule was happy with his torpedo tubes.
:laugh Right Wezul... most of that is on my GS now...I have been kidded a bit at times and have taken it down a notch...BTW, NO one can equal Rob I tell myself!
PA, they gave us a farkle catalog that I hid from Helen! As bad as the golf cart one we keep getting. maybe a few things...
Dave, someone sent me this idea.

We have our first Kawasaki too, in the '08 KLR650 and my wife loves it so much, I cannot ride it, without throwing her off it! A really fun bike, when I do get a chance. Your Mule should be good:). Wives love their toys too...Randy:thumb :usa

These machines ARE NOT toys! We need these machines...I don't know why people refer to them as toys!?
The gator also is powered with a 650 Kawasaki.. a heart of gold..

Helen came wheeling in with a huge load of limestone boulders and it was squatting ...I should have snapped a picture but my jaw was on the ground that she loaded it without needing me...:thumb

I hope they have changed the spark plug access. I worked on a couple that had cabs and you darn near had to disassemble the thing to put a plug in. UTV's are handy. I've had a JD AMT600 for years and just got my first Gator 6x4 a couple of weeks ago. It had been overheated to the point of melting the plastic valve covers and governor gear and the guy didn't want to put an engine in it. I do have a mule too, but it's the hee haw kind. He doesn't bray much, though, and when he does, it's a pitiful sound.

Kawi Mules are pretty much bulletproof! Picked up a '93 4x4 with tilt bed a few years back so the wife could haul product from her 2 manure producers.....
Pretty simple to work on when needed, but it hasen't needed much. Electric fuel pump from Autozone for $30 instead of the $120 Kawi unit.

I have a special stubby socket wrench I "made" to change the spark plugs on the gator...not an easy task first time out.
The other negitive on the 650 Kawasaki in the JD Gator is the jets in the carb are extremely sensitive to altitude. If your buying a mule or gator, watch for issues withy fouled plugs at higher altitudes..

That's what made me find that logo. I sent that pic of your bike to my Kawasaki owning brother and he said it messed up the looks of the tank!
Good eye JD...:laugh
