While waiting for a phone call, I got bored and looked at the area of land encompassed by this sub-forum.
It extends from Guatemala to the Arctic and is hundreds of miles wide.
The total area is over 5.5 million square miles.
Compare this with Europe, which extends from Malta to the Arctic Ocean and from the Caspian Sea to Portugal, and has an area of just under 4 million square miles.
I didn't research the population of each area, but I'm certain our region is much more sparsely populated.
I'm not sure what the point is here, unless just to point out the size of a "region" and
perhaps to marvel at the wide area over which BMW bikes have a following.
