Anyone else gone to this site to determine their "real age." I'm actually 57.4 years of age, but the site computes my real age as 49.4. They say I need to drop some weight :bluduh , eat more fruit and vegetables :eat and do more strength training:boldpurpl . Sounds like my mother talking.

No link included.
Read the title. It worked for me. However, my real age is older than my real age due to recent medical problems.
I did a Google search on realage late yesterday, and found it/completed it. I came in 45.2 years old. Wow, just turned 52 last Wednesday.
If there's any consolation, I am feeling a bit queasy today, any way. But at 5'11 and 170 lbs, I get told I look younger than I am often.

The last time I checked "realage" it said I was older than I really am but my wife keeps telling me to grow up:whistle
I think the two cancel each other out.

Says 60.4 and I am 60.5. Says I should give up cigars, adult beverages and motorcycles in order to be younger :stick . I know that I should be taking better care of myself. Just bought new walking shoes today and intend to spend two hours a day walking (back and forth to work). It's a start. - Bob

Not bad considering I'm actually 64.6! I wonder if I can take it again and be even younger. Says I should get a dog (maybe when I can no longer handle 2 wheels and have to get a sidecar. Otherwise the poor thing would be home alone all summer.) The rest is just the regular nagging--watch the lead foot, eat more veggies, work out harder. Yeah, right!

I took that once... It told me I should ride my motorcycle less- or give it up- if I wanted to live longer.:blah

Yeah, I expected that too, especially since I put more miles on my bikes in a year than in the cage, but there was no complaint at all about riding, just the usual bit about obeying the speed limit. They do want you to sign up for free spam, though.

Wow Holly, if you get any healthier, then you'll have to get a learner's permit again. Good work.

Before you hand over a bunch of info, give this a quick read.
