I have a chance to purchase a 1996 R1100RT with 11,000K, BMW bags, tourbox, radio, etc. for about $6,300. I am not familiar with this bike, since the last BWM I purchased was a new R100/7.
I am seeking information as to the problems with that year R1100RT, plus, is the price reasonable for the year? I have not looked at the bike yet, but am considering buying it thru Ebay. I would appreciate any comments.
