in the spirit of generating good bmw karma (although i much prefer to attain moksha, but obviously in preferring it, i automatically disqualify myself for it. crap!) i am offering a GPS RAM mount thingy. the way this works, if you arent familiar, is you tell me if you want it. i put the names of the folks who want it into a hat, and billy chooses the name of the winner. then i mail it to you. for free. i do this because the BMWMOA rider community is wonderful, and this is one of the things that makes it so cool.
it's the RAM mount that grips your bars, around a tube, and it has the base for the garmin GPS III, III+, or V. and if youve got a different GPS, you just need to buy the proper base mount and you're set.
if you don't have a GPS, this will give you all the justification you need. you can tell your wife (or if youre tracy, your GD husband who leaves you outside the walmart to powder your nose while he is inside being manly ;) ) that now you NEED a GPS because your mount looks stupid on the bike without one... :D
so if you want to be in the drawing, send an email to karma at leetonium dot com. i'll wait a week or so and when that is over, i will use billy (see photo) to choose the winner in a highly scientific manner.
