Recently picked up an '03 GT, and built a trailer to pull my pooch and share amongst the family of bikers. Problem is that I can't find a hitch aside from for the uni-go (or whatever that one wheeled trailer is called). I would have loved that trailer, but it's too small for my application. Does anyone know of a company that makes a hitch for the RS/GT, or know the where/what/how of putting a hitch on these bikes so that I could have someone fabricate one for me? Thanks in advance to any responses. - Brett:dunno

Bob Weis, the ear plug guy, just put one of those on his bike to pull the pop up. He might have had it reinforced. I believe there is a thread on the K12RS site about it.

Here are Bob's comments after testing the UniGo with a bunkhouse trailer.
Just got back from an 80 mile test run with the trailer hooked up. All went well. The K12RS is extremely stable with the Bunkhouse on her butt. 90mph was smooth & straight.
I don't know if it is the weight, wheelbase or suspension that made the difference(prolly all 3) but there was just very little sense of the extra
load. Big difference from the K100RS. The extra motor makes a bigdifference, I expect the tongue mounted cooler will give way to a fuel cell.
The UniGo hitch is very stable, has less deflection when I grab it than the Reynolds on the K100RS. Mirrors on the K12RS allow a clear view over the trailer.
I realize pulling a trailer is not for everyone, but I can carry my business in mine. FYI, I have about 60k trailer pulling miles, the K12RS is a great puller.
I'm a happy camper.
