Top of my list would be Ted Porter at http://www.beemershop.com. He speaks Airhead fluently. He can also do and has done all work that you might need.

Also you could try Bob's BMW and Hucky's BMW.

I see where you in the DFW area...have you tried the BMW dealer up there? Another good resource would be Boxers by Bruce; not sure what kind of parts supply he keeps, but he also does a lot of work with Airheads. He's about 15-20 miles from you.
