If you haven't seen the 1978 Buddy Holly Story with Gary "I think I'll wear my crash helmet now because I was an idiot not to before I slamed my head into the curb" Busey, you should rent it. It is a great movie. My wife and I went to see it when we were courting and have watched it several times since. Great movie.
