thanks darrylrj, im new to all this,just a working stiff all my life till now, enjoying mostly riding all the areas around where iv lived all my life,getting away from it all its been great, need to connect with other beemer riders also....

They're a very active club, lots going on. They're holding their own rally in August. Otherwise, they have a breakfast meeting every month and a number of club rides during the year. Also, they have a year long "ride" with some theme, which you bring back photos of where you've visited, to win a trophy. Beware the Harry Nefus award, however! They can definitely show you around the state for good roads and fun places to visit.

(Even though I moved back to CA 5 years ago I'm still a member.)

The Washington State chapter of BMWMOA is based in the Seattle area. That’s OK, because that's where lots of Washington State BMW Riders and Owners live. The Idaho chapter of the BMWMOA is based in Boise...also because that's where the main population of BMW Motorcycle owners is located in Idaho. Unfortunately, time and distance leaves a substantial population of BMW riders in Eastern Washington and North Idaho a bit short on group activities and support.

The big rally in Spokane this summer was great but we can't wait for the next national rally to show up in Spokane before we all get together again, so...I'm inviting anyone interested in joining up with other local BMW owners (or anyone interested in BMW motorcycles) to join me on a new group site at < http://groups.yahoo.com/group/spokane_BMW_riders >

The site is free, but you will need to have a yahoo ID and profile established (also free.) Come join us to plan and discuss local rides, social activities, motorcycle maintenance and other subjects near and dear to the hearts of BMW Motorcycle owners in the Inland Northwest.
