Proficient Motorcycling in ebook?

Does anyone know of where to purchase the "Proficient Motorcycling" by David Hough in a PDF format or something that can be read on a ebook? I do a lot of traveling for work and would like to add this to my ebook library.

Any other Motorcycle book suggestions in electronic format are also desired.
