Corbin Seat More Stable

Can some one please explain why I suddenly feel much more stable at low speeds with my new Corbin seat vs. the stock BMW low seat? I have been riding for years and I just can't in my mind understand how a seat can make me feel so much more confident and stable at a crawl. 08 R1200RT. (Great seat by the way!):scratch

Because it's so heavy that it's compressing the suspension giving you the hug the road feeling????

I did not have a good experience with Corbin.

I have a Corbin on an 07RT. Love the seat, but cannot say I've had the same experience as you. I have the Smuggler's trunk as well and that is the Cat's pajamas.:thumb :thumb
