I just picked up an '07 G 650 X Country. Anybody got any ideas for panniers?

Great design, quality worksmanship and good customer service. Will cost north of $1000. Next best in my opinion are the Happy Trails cases; probably $6-700.

I like my happy trails on my 06r12gs. I got the low pipe version, then both bags are the same size.:dance

Just purchased a 2007 650 gs.
Any thoughts about a replacement bulb? Do I need to spend all the dough for a PIAA bulb?
If I dont want to spend a ton but want much better light. Any ideas?
Thanks

I have Jesse's on my Dakar. I don't know if I would want that much weight on the back of a G series. I think Moxnix is spot on with Dirtbagz.

Rode an 01 F650GS with 300 pounds worth of rider and passenger, Jesse bags, all loaded with camping gear and personal clothing and items, 14000 miles from
South Georgia to and all around Alaska and back, with no problems.
