Has anyone ever had this problem? 1991 K100RS, when coming to a stop using the front brake, Just before the bike stops (1 - 3 MPH) the front brake ABS cycles then the bike comes to a stop. It feels like the Front brake ABS pump cycles once then the bike stops normally. I haven't checked the sensor gap on the wheel yet.
Thanks
Dale

Dale, it's not normal.
To test if it is the ABS - unplug the ABS computer to disable it. If it still does it it's not the ABS system.

Will unplugging the ABS brain and then plugging it back in automatically reset it?
I think my battery voltage got too low and now my ABS lights stay on (even after charging it back up).
I hope and suspect that resetting it now will cure this. Any thoughts?

No - it won't. It has to be manually reset. See the IBMWR K-tech pages for lots of info on troubleshooting ABS-1. http://www.ibmwr.org/ktech.shtml

It only does it when the ABS computer is plugged in.

No other front brake oddities like shudder when braking?

Thanks, Don; I tried Jim Johnson's method (grounding the middle socket of the three-pin plug and holding down the ABS switch for 20 seconds) to no avail.
Is that three-pin socket the one on the upper right side of the frame with three wires going into it( two white wires on either side of a brown & white middle wire)? None of the IBMWR tech articles mention the color coding---sure would help.
If this is not the right plug then I was doing it all wrong.
My ABS lights started staying on during a thirty mile ride in which I was running all 320 watts of my new lighting setup on for most of that time---figure I must have run down the battery despite having a 700-watt charging system.
The left ABS blinks until I press down the ABS switch and then both lights stay on thereafter. Just when I was so happy to have a working ABS system on my new bike...:violin :scratch

Check your sensor clearance. Excessive clearance can cause this.

That's the right plug. The two outside wires go nowhere.. the cener one is the only one connected to anything.

The IBMWR articles have diagnostics - detailed diagnostics. I think the first step would be to read out the code as the articles suggest.
