fork oil quantity

I have a 1987 k100rs without the sport suspension. The quantity of fork oil seems to vary from different sources. The manual suggests 360cc for a change. I have seen quantity range from 330cc to 380cc. Can any tell me what quantilty they use and why. I'm going to change from 5w to 7.5w. Any suggestions.
