Turn signals quit working

I havent looked into it much due to time not being on my side. I installed new turn signals and on the rear and now none of the signals work. I swapped the relay out because it was not making any noise. That did not work. I havent looked into it any more since. Is there another somthing to look at in the mix. If not I plan on just tracing down the wires looking for the problem.
