94 RT high beam stay on sometime

My high beam stay on some time, I traded the relay and it stayed the same. Went 15 miles and it went off after killing the bike. Does anyone have an idea? arptra@msn.com

First, Remove tank and headlight. Check every electrical connection you can find along with every ground wire. Clean them all well. Make certain that the main grounds are bright and shiney and well connected. Reassemble and hopefully all should be good.

Does the new relay click when you switch to highbeam?

Thanks, I found the triple clamp stop had pinched the wires going to the head light. Got it fixed. Thanks Alan
