OK, so now my K1200S doesn't look so hot anymore, what's up with that?

Is it the bike or the pilot? :stick
Put me on the S1000RR you on your K1200S for a track day and I guarantee you will look like Troy Corser in the video.

Looks like fun. Let's hope they don't price it out of reach of the new market segment they're trying to attract.
I have not seen any numbers for the street going version. The party line from BMW on pricing is the 'pricing will be competative with other superbikes.'
I am not certain what that means. My best guess is the big Japanese four form a price cluster at one market price continuum and Ducati has always been at the other end. Look for BMW to be someplace inbetween. The upside is the competative talks of price have used the Japanese as the benchmark. Lets hope they set it as close to them as they are able to.
