I can't use an Avatar

I followed all the directions and trie many times to use one of the provided avatars(BMWMOA). But could not do it. Can you put that avatar by my name for me? I use webtv and sometimes it doesn't allow me to enjoy all of the normal computer functions.

If you ever need to do somethings that WebTV doesn't allow just make a list and go down to the public library. They will usually have a public computer with internet access that you can use.
