View Full Version : BMW Dealerships in Houston?

After several years without a bike, it's time to start looking again. The only BMW dealership I've been to in Houston is Wild West and that was many years ago. Honestly, compared to Lone Star in Austin or Alamo in San Antonio it just plain sucked. Maybe one BMW mixed in with nearly a hundred Hondas. So, my question is what's the best BMW dealership in Houston from several perspectives: (1) new bikes on the floor, (2) customer service, (3) apparel, and (4) service department?

As far as I can tell there are three dealerships in the Houston area: (1) Wild West, (2) Gulf Coast, and (3) Houston Motorsports (formerly Lyle Lovett's place).

Thanks

p.s. Does anyone have a low mileage, pristine '84 Henna Red R65LS they're looking to sell?

Gulf Coast BMW Motorcycles in South Houston is your best bet.

come to austin. i sat and chatted with a fellow saturday who lives ~30 miles from the san antonio dealer. he said forget it, it's worth it to come to austin for all things bmw motorrad. lone star is a great place to buy from.

unless of course, you know exactly what *new* bike you want and the dudes in houston will do you a deal you cant refuse. but if youre shopping, and learning, and might buy used, and you want some patient sales people who dig what theyre selling, lone star is your best bet.

besides, you get to come to austin. isnt that enough? :D
