Rough Running At Altitude (2000 R1100RT)

So I am not sure if it is my imagination, or that my RT runs a little rough at altitude. I have done the surge mod, am running a K&N Air filter, and have reset the fuel injection by pulling fuse #5. Is there something else that I missed? It is not hideously rough running, but just enough to get on my nerves if you know what I mean.

Does not see that the barometric pressure is dropping and does not lean out the fuel mix..Also please list the bike model again



Note also look for vacuum hoses of since you have fuddle diddled it.:bolt :whistle

The old carburators were always an issue in the mountains, but when Fuel Injection is running OK, altitudes make no difference.

I also think the map sensor or its hose/electrical connections are bad. :ear
