06 LT windshield fog/haze

Any suggestions for a foggy/hazy windshield?

I have had pretty good success buffing with an electric low speed buffer and clear coat compatible compound. Meguiar's Scratch X is a good compound . Turtle Wax makes a good compound. Do not use Turtle Wax White polishing compound, it isn't fine enough. 3M makes great clear coat compound.

Buffing your turn signals will make them look new.

Did you use window cleaner? Windex and that type window cleaner will scratch plastic.

I'm surprised to hear an 06 shield fogged over on you. I thought that stopped in 2004.

The older shield used to fog over regularly. You can treat it with your choice of Plexus, Maguires, but it will eventually wear off and fog over again.

I changed mine to the Ztechnik and have not regretted it.

Brillianize! stuff just plain works... at least in our area of the galaxy.
