I have a 2002 KLT and took it in becasue I had flashing break lights. The dealer told be they would diagnosed the problem and that more than likely it would just involved resetting the computer.
A few hours later they come and ask me for the Alarm FOB which I have not seen for a long time (never use the thing).
Since I don't have it they say they will contact Germany for some work around code.
The next day the code comes and they can't do anything becasue the code won't work. They advise the bike won't start because they alarm is locked and shuts everything down.
There has to be a solution. I cannot believe I am the first guy to misplace the stupid FOB.
