So I've been seriously looking at the Amazon Kindle E-reader, every review seems to really have a positive spin and the idea of packing all that reading material into a nice compact 10.5 oz. package with almost instant downloads of new material is really tempting. Plus as my eyes aren't quite as sharp as they used to be and I require more ligtht to be able to read text, having expandable fonts and a backlit screen... Hmmm. pricy to start but books are lots cheaper and it will load other e-books from SD cards....
But what I'm really wondering about is will it hold up, can you see it comfortably in sunlight and battery life, since there is no way to try it in person was wondering if anyone here has one or seen one and what's your impression of it?
