For those of you who care.
Maybe, maybe not, but that's what the AP is reporting.
Remains to be seen of course, but if it does, that would be GOOD news, so I didn't expect to see it posted in the usual doom and gloom threads and I thought I would post it and provide some cheer.
It is ok to talk about Positive financial possibilities isn't it?
FWIW.
Thanks! I love sunshine talk.:brad

Thanks Voni, I have a Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm as one of the many folks living in me (Ask my daughters sometime about Murray, the retired New York dentist living in Salt Lake City, he's their favorite Dad personna).
I found a long time ago that a possitive outlook makes life (in good times or bad)easier to deal with.

Atta Boy Steve!
After all the negative threads about the market it's refreshing to see some positive stuff for a change.
I'm as guilty as the next guy as far as being able to rag but after a while it loses it's affect and becomes, IMHO, annoying.

Dow up 400 out of the gate; Go baby go.:dance
The stock market is only a reflection of the financial crisis but consumer and investor confidence is a large component of developing a workable fix.

What people seem to be forgetting in this reactionary market is the long-term outlook.
If investors would just sit tight and hold their breath for awhile..things would calm down. As it is...every day we deal with the highs and lows of people reacting to the day to day news. As a long-term investor, one needs to not get caught up in the turmoil and wait it out.
just my 2 cents.

But a very wise and valuable 2 cents, IMHO. It also happens to be what most in the know are saying. :thumb

Hi Raevyn, you are absolutely right. Slow and steady wins this race and I have personally been clenching my teeth and holding my positions waiting for this crazy cycle to pass.
I am simply trying to inject a possitive perspective on the increasingly negative disscussions we have here. I believe anyone who is in a position to have investments knows enough not to make decisions based on something they read on a motorcycle forum.
I believe your 2 cents worth here are worth far more than that.
