Busting a gut is one thing, busting the Russian National Bank is another.

Sadly, Putin decided to keep the lid on his cookie jar for another day. High level talks are being engaged with our Secretary of the Treasury and Russia's Minister of Finance in hopes of forcing the Russian Banking system to honor their financial obligations and debts.

Otherwise, expect the U.S. and EU to gang up with economic sanctions and freezing of funds in retaliation.
