Day 2. 14.09.2008 (2nd place ProClass): “The early start was really tough. It was cold and still quite dark; especially in the woods it was hard not to miss the track. I think I can’t get rid of Chris and Graham by speed, so I hope that maybe on day 3 and 4 I might get the chance to get out in front of them in some technical sections far enough so that they can’t close in on me immediately.”
Day 1, 14.09.2008 (2nd place ProClass): “I am in good spirits and felt quite well today! I also had some navigation problems, but for sure not as many as some of the other riders and so Birch and Jarvis have been following me to the Service Point and Graham and I teamed up until the finish. Nevertheless, this first day was quite exhausting and more is still to come.”
Prolog, 13.09.2008 (2nd place ProClass): “It was so difficult today, all the wooden obstacles were extremely slippery. I had quite a bad start, so I had a lot of traffic too, but the longer the race was on the better I came into it. I am absolutely happy about my 2nd place, because Paul (Bolton) was just riding in a class of his own today.”

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has opened a new showroom in New Delhi, adding to its presence in India.
The new showroom, centrally located in the heart of the city, is managed by Select Cars Private Limited, a company owned by the Kapur family.
It was opened by Graeme Grieve, Director, Sales and Marketing, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. “This is yet another milestone since our successful return to India in 2005, after an absence of 50 years. With India’s appreciation of luxury cars, a rich history of Rolls-Royce and a burgeoning economy, the Indian market has a healthy growth potential for us,” he said.
The dealership, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars New Delhi, began operations earlier this year, and is headed by Chief Executive Officer Yadur Kapur. He commented, “Our investment in this new facility, customer service and aftersales has already been rewarded by orders and deliveries, even prior to the opening. The level of interest in the Rolls-Royce brand in New Delhi has been very positive.”
The new Rolls-Royce Motor Cars showroom, the second to be established in India, brings the number worldwide to 82.
