Help with servo brake reset

I'm looking for some help with a new bike (to me ) clitch. I just got a 2003 K1200RS with the servo brakes. I attempted a front brake bleed, which was probably a mistake as it seemed to pump more air than fluid (yes, the reservour was full).
Anyway, after buttoning it up, I now have a brake system fault (two lights blinking alternately).
No problems before the bleed, and I never moved the ABS sensors.
I would appreciate any idea on what the problem is, and how I can fix it.

Hi Jeff - long time no chat! Good to hear from you.

I have to ask - what procedure did you follow to do the flush? The tank-off, calipers blocked back, flush at the servo and then flush the control circuit?

More info is needed..
