Dodged the rain (at least most of it)

Forecast was for Ike to drown us this AM. Went just to our north. We got 1 1/2 this morning. My friend 70 miles north of here got 6 1/2" this AM.

Cool NW wind, temps falling. Touch of fall in the air.

We've had a drought most of the summer here. The rain the last few days has been much appreciated. Looks like it's part of the Ike system.
